‘Heřmaň’ ring – total length 30 km
Points of interest: Heřmaň – family home of writer, journalist and poet Jan Čarek (* 29. 12. 1898, † 27. 3. 1966), originally Romantic, now ‘Baroqueified’ Church of St Giles, a preserved emblem of the Rožmberks on the cemetery wall, a recess in the wall for J Čarek’s ashes, rural Baroque houses, information and cultural centre. Humňany – family farm, horse-riding on saddle or carriage, Fortress pond – the dam at the remains of the fortress, Dvorce – preserved fortresses. Chvaletice – national architecture, Budičovice – South Bohemian rural Baroque reservation zone, Skály – historical farmsteads. Klokočín – Renaissance fortress on a gentle slope at the bank of the Blanice river, renovated rectangular sgraffito from the end of the 16th century, fortress in private ownership, partially accessible to the public, gallery with permanent exhibition, a scientific nature trail is located under the fortress, Maletice – on the banks of the Blanice ;o), Benešovský mlýn (Benešov mill) – recreational resort on the shores of the Blanice, centre for director Václav Krška (films Řeka čaruje, Měsíc nad řekou, Stříbrný vítr…).
