History
The first news about the village comes from 1365. A stronghold was built here in the first half of the 16th century by Kašpar Litochleba ze Strachotína. The stronghold is mentioned at the first time in 1543 and it possibly was standing at the place of the today’s residual manor Nr. 24.
Budičovice – originally a small settlement with a yard concentrated round an irregular village square. The first written mention is from 1399. There are some well kept estates from the 19th century and also from the beginning of the 20th century. It concerns the typical south Bohemian Peasant Baroque with a small village chapel. The sightseeing area was declared here 22/9/1995.
Božejovice – Božovice – the first verified news in 1443, the keeper of the today not existing village was Jaroš z Drahonic who also built the hither stronghold at the bank of Tvrze Pond.
Dvorce u Skal – only a ground of the stronghold in the yard of Dvorce at village Skály remained to these days.
